The Laurel Oaks HOA Board has delegated our community management company with the responsibility of handling questions and concerns of Laurel Oaks residents to ensure accurate, timely, and documented responses. The HOA Board will still intervene in any issue that requires escalation on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding. Laurel Oaks Community Services Group

​The Laurel Oaks Community Services Group was formed in 2007 to serve the community and assist the Board of Directors in various projects within the community. This group serves as the new age ambassadors for the community. The Community Services Group Charter:

Purpose: Keep the Laurel Oaks Community Vital by Uniting Neighbors In Team Efforts The scope of the Community Services Group includes:​

• Beautification / Landscaping Projects & Maintenance
  
• Welcome Packet / Meet your Neighbors
  
• Developing a Neighborhood Watch Program
  
• Helping with summer activities and other social events
  
• Informing the Board of Directors of any concerns/issues
  
• Holiday Decoration Planning
  

The Group's activities are largely allocated funding by the Board of Directors, but they may also be involved in other Association funded efforts within the community. Requirements for Members: Be in good standing with the Association, attend periodic meetings, and have no criminal record. Only serious persons need apply.
